The demolition arm is mainly composed of three parts: the boom, the middle arm, and the small arm. The pipeline design can be carried out according to the customer's requirements, and a breaker hammer or a hydraulic shear can be installed at the front end.
The process of the three-section demolition arm: The plates of the large, medium, and small arms are grooved by a beveling machine and then welded. The design of the ear seat of the middle arm cylinder undergoes mechanical analysis to ensure that the demolition arm can open at a larger angle while the product quality is not affected. The welding of the connection part between the cylinder ear seat and the large, medium, and small arm boxes adopts a stress elimination welding method to reduce the welding cracks or even plate cracks caused by excessive welding and the pulling injury of the plates. After welding, boring is performed to ensure that the processing tolerance of the product is within the allowable range of the design. The layout of the pipelines on the demolition arm is more reasonable. Throttle valves are installed on each pipeline to ensure that in case of a failure during the construction process of the product, the oil circuit can be switched on and off immediately. The length design of the large, medium, and small arms is more reasonable, and the service life is longer.
